Shipping and returns
Your package shipment
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via our partner couriers with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer express delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipping you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and transport costs. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment and the destination of the goods. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. The packages have adequate dimensions and your items are well protected.
The User can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order for the following reasons:
if the product does not like it,
it is too big / small,
it is damaged,
it does not match the ordered product,
it is not present in the package.
To start the return request it is necessary to follow these instructions:
* Send the return request via email
* Indicate the order for which you intend to make a return request
* Indicate the product and the relative reason for the return
* Wait for the email with instructions within 24 hours (also check Spam or Promotions)
* Return the product within 10 days of receiving the above email
SEIMODA by C.I. srl reserves the right not to reimburse in the following cases:
* Product not intact or whose original packaging (shoe box, glasses case sun, dust bag) missing or damaged.
* Absence of the return code and / or the return authorization and / or the order number
* Returns that are unauthorized or that have exceeded the required deadlines
Shipping, return costs and customs charges are under Customer responsibility, unless otherwise instructed. Even in the case of faulty or non-compliant products, it is necessary to make a return request, according to the methods already indicated. No later than 14 days from receipt of the order, it will be required to describe the damage in detail and attach photos demonstrating its extent, by sending all the details to the appropriate contact form The reimbursement is issued within a maximum of 12 working days from receipt of the product. Seimoda does not exchange goods. It is necessary to make a return request for the product you want to return and create a new order.
